1. Halves- cut out the pieces the night before to make your breakfast quicker the next day
2. Sections- peel and section like an orange, then snack on this juicy fruit all day
3. Salad- mix the ptart grapefruit with other fruits that are more naturally sweet for a yummy salad


Mixed Berries (rasberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1. Cereal- sprinkle on oatmeal or any hot cereal to add sweetness without adding sugar
2. Fruit Salad- mix your favorite fruits together with some lemon juice. ad some artifical sweetener if youve for a real sweet tooth
