This is my food log. I am keeping a small notebook and pen with me at all times so i can log all of my meals. good and bad.

Breakfast-/lunch
Omlette
- 3 eggs (2 egg whites and 1 whole egg)
- 2 slices of fat free turkey lunch meat
- 1 slice of skim american cheese
Dinner-
I went to dinner with a few friends of mine. we went to china star buffet, which is a decent place. i cant really break it down into cups and oz of what i ate so im just going to put what i ate. I was good this time, everything i got was in small portions. like with the shrimp , instead of getting like 5 or 6 pieces, i got 2. and instead of getting heaping servings of everything, i just got enough to get maybe 2 or 3 bites of. So for that i am proud. i could have laid off the carbs a little bit, but i did eat a lot of veggies and fruit.
-plate 1- chicken with broccoli, pot stickers, crab meat, spinach salad, fried wonton, small bowl of wonton soup.
- plate 2- green beans, chicken with brocolli, pot stickers, fried shrimp, mushrooms, spinach salad, small bowl of egg drop soup.
- plate 3- cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, watermelon, oranges
so over all i did pretty well. i didnt finish a complete plate, i ate small bites of everything, and could comfortably walk out of the restaurant rather than feel like i needed to be rolled out. in the past i have gone in and eaten 3 sometimes 4 plates. and i got heaping plates, and ate everything on it. EVERYTHING!! and then would go to DQ for dessert. my plates would be loaded up with carbs and saturated fats. my mini goal for today was accomplished. im happy.
